You will begin this course by being introduced to what is Brainstorming. You will then discuss the history of brainstorming. You will then understand the variations of Brainstorming and the benefits of this tool. You will learn the different stages of Brainstorming, namely, Prework Stage, Execution Stage, and Post Session Work Stage. You will also gain knowledge of the extensions of the Brainstorming technique. These are Nominal Group Technique, Group Passing Technique, Guided or Constrained Brainstorming, Individual Brainstorming, and Question Brainstorming. At the end, you will learn the hurdles for effective Brainstorming.
