Course Overview
The Measure Phase begins with the identification of what to measure and outlining the steps to plan and collect data. You will recall the steps to determine Baseline performance from the Green Belt training. You will discuss Box-Cox Transformation and illustrate this tool using Minitab.
In the Analyze Phase, we will recall the identification of performance gaps from the Green belt training and the steps to ascertain critical root causes. You will learn tools such as Stem-and-Leaf Plot, Interval Plot, and Fault Tree Analysis. You will further recall the validation of Root Causes using the different statistical techniques. Here, you will learn One-Way Analysis of Means (ANOM), Kruskal-Wallis Test, and Fitted Line Plot using Minitab.
